Due to the nature of our business, a large percentage of our functions have traditionally been occupied by men. We are actively hiring more female employees and are taking various measures to make female employees feel more empowered.

Promoting gender equality

To enable our female employees to feel more empowered, we’re promoting gender equality among managers and other (senior) employees.

Eliminate gender pay-gap

It is important to us that all our employees feel valued and secure, which is why we’re working on eliminating the gender pay-gap in base salary and total remuneration.

Increase gender diversity

Gender-balanced senior management teams have proven to be more efficient and to empower other female employees. We’re increasing the number of female members in our Executive Board, Management Team, Leadership Team and (senior) management until these are more balanced.
