Reliable torque transmission with electromagnetic clutches from Kendrion
Kendrion offers high-quality electromagnetic clutches and brakes that transmit torque and braking torque in a frictional and torsion-free manner in dry running. The force effect of an electromagnetic field when a DC voltage is applied ensures precise torque transmission (electromagnetically closing). The prestressed ring spring ensures residual-torque-free release in the de-energized state.
The clutches and brakes impress with their low-maintenance design and flexible applicability in any installation position. By combining different stator and rotor types, our clutches can be optimally adapted to individual customer requirements – and they are almost maintenance-free throughout their entire service life.
