Modular PLC with controllers for stepper or BLDC motor
This starter kit is based on the previous starter kit and is extended by a drive controller and associated motor. The PLC used here, FIO controller, is an embedded IPC with CODESYS V3 PLC and web server. In combination with the FIO Drive Control Module and the motor, a wide variety of practical solutions can be generated. The drive controller controls and positions either a stepper motor in "closed loop" operation or a brushless servomotor. The operation and diagnostics of the drive is optimally supported by convenient PLCopen function blocks and visualisation templates of Motion Control Library by KENDRION. If you want to use the CODESYS SoftMotion for positioning with interlinked axes, this is of course also possible on request.
With our “easy to clip-on” digital as well as analogue I/O modules, function modules and gateways, the modular PLC can be expanded to a complete, customised control solution.
