The robust OAC vibratory feeder coil series consists of a UI core and two excitation windings connected in series. Continuous controllability via drive voltage and/or frequency, high power ratings and optimally minimized eddy current losses characterize the electromagnet. The direction of oscillation is achieved by the geometric arrangement of the springs. The useful oscillation amplitude corresponds to twice the amplitude of the oscillation frequency of the overall system. OAC oscillating solenoids from Kendrion are used in spring mass systems to generate directional, linear oscillating movements.
The vibratory feeder coil is available in 16 different sizes with universal mounting options and is supplied without a spring mass system.
On request, the OAC series are also available with a base plate for mounting or a KTL coating for increased corrosion protection.
